Yoga is an age old ancient practice which dates more than 5000 years. Originating in India, Yoga is now an internationally known practice to attain mind, body and spiritual well being. 

Yoga is a collection of body movements which enhances body flexibility. The mind and breathing techniques lead to improved abilities to focus and achieve higher levels of meditation. All in all Yoga is the best and easy way to adapt today's extreme levels of stress inflicted upon us by our daily lives. Yoga can be done in a group or by yourself. However its always recommended to do Yoga with a Yoga certified instructor to be able to harness maximum benefits of this ancient practice.

In many cultures Prenatal Yoga is a welcome practice. Pregnancy is the time to completely focus on your's and the baby's well being. Yoga gives you the space and the uplift necessary for this. Its medically proven to be beneficial to both baby and the mother. From my personal experience, Yoga helps tremendously in the 3rd trimester wherein the body needs the flexibility and the strength while pushing the baby out. However which stretches are good, which body movements should be done or avoided in which trimester is best known to the Yoga Teacher and your medical practitioner. Always consult your doctor before starting your Prenatal Yoga journey.
